Vintage original 1980s Simplicity Sewing pattern 5881.  Misses' Fast & Fabulous Pullover Dress with Bias Skirt and Unlined Jacket. 

14 Pieces Given.

Top-stitched, scooped neck dress has front button closing, flared skirt stitched to bodice at elasticized waistline and side seam pockets.  Top stitched jacket has notched collar and short set in sleeves pleated to armhole.
