Original antique advertising bookmark for Merrick's Spool Cotton. Features a little Victorian girl in a pink dress, reaching up toward a dangling spool of thread.
Front reads: Merrick's Spool Cotton, Book Mark.
Back reads: Merrick's Anti-Monopoly, Anti-Trust, Anti-Combination. Spool Cotton.
Merrick's Spool Cotton is six cord, soft finish, and is made from the finest quality of combed Sea Island Cotton, and, on account of its superior strength, eveness, and smoothness, surpasses all others for hand and machine sewing. Try one spool and be convinced of its excellence.
Dates to circa 1890s.
Measures just under 2 inches wide x 6 inches wide.
Condition is good with a crease running diagonally through the lower left corner.

Duro Stencils Vintage Alphabet Letters and Numbers Boxed Numeral and Lettering Set Unused

Stencils come in the original box which measures 4 3/8 inches wide x 5 inches tall. Stencils letters and numbers measure 1 inch tall.
Box shows some wear.
Stencils are unused with only the "0" having one of the pieces punched out. All the other letters are whole and most are still joined together.
Nice retro stencil set.
Vintage Storz Cork Lined Bottle Caps Lot of 11 Omaha Nebraska Brewing Company

The original Storz Brewing Company was located in Omaha, Nebraska and closed in 1972.
Measure 1 1/8 inch in diameter. A few still have the original foil on the cork lining.
Caps have some small dents, scuffing and scratches.
Use in assemblage, art projects or crafts.
Vintage 1930s Art Deco Filled Scrapbook Album Scrap Book Clippings

Cutouts include: children, Art Deco women, African American woman, mice, babies, furnished rooms, southern belles, candy molds, dogs, cows, etc.
Includes 27 pages (counting each side of a page as 1 page) with cutouts. And there are 19 blank pages at the back.
The filled pages have clippings glued to the front and back. With the exception of the last filled page having only one side used.
Bound with 2 metal brads.
First page is loose. Second page is split most the way up the spine. A few other pages are also starting to split. Pages are also somewhat brittle along the edges.
Cover has some soiling.
Pages after the first few, do not open flat because of the way this album is bound.
Lots of fun images in this scrapbook!
Handwritten Old Letters Lot of 13, Friendship, 1 Love Letter, 2 Typewritten 1920s 1930s

Lot of 13 Original vintage late 1920s and early 1930s handwritten and typed letters.
All 13 letters are addressed to Velma Mundis. Her location varied with some going to Table Rock, Nebraska; Mahaska, Kansas; and Linn, Kansas.
Postmarks include: Linn, Kansas; Reynolds, Nebraska; Beatrice, Nebraska; and Palmer, Kansas (?);
10 letters are from girl friends
2 are typewritten on letterheads
1 is a love letter from Henry (Hank) Mikulecky to Velma. This is the pink letter and envelope. From research I have done she was born in 1913 and he in 1907. They did end up marrying.
Letters all date to 1929, 1930 and 1931.
You will receive all 13 letters for the price.
Condition is good for all with some wear and soiling to envelopes.

Original vintage 1950s handwritten love letters. From Norma Kasparek in Dorchester, Nebraska to Harold Roelfs at Diller, Nebraska. Letters were written in the late 1950s. They did end up marrying and lived near Diller!
I've only read a few of the letters. In one, she tells of how she was offered a teaching job. In another he was serving as a Sergeant in a military branch, and stationed in Fort Carson, Colorado. A lot of conversation about everyday life.
You will receive a lot of 10 letters, which will be chosen at random from this collection. Envelope and letter size and color will vary. All are from Norma to Harold. Condition is good for all with some wear and soiling to envelopes.

Vintage Honda Follow the Leader playing cards. Unused standard deck consisting of 52 suit cards and two Jokers. Card fronts feature various 1983 Honda motorcycle and off road vehicle, named models.
Just a few of the models featured are: V45 Interceptor, CX 850 Custom, and Nighthawk 450.
Box measures 2 3/8 inches wide x 3 5/8 inches tall.
Cards and box are in excellent unused condition.
These would be really fun to use in scrapbooks, junk journals or smash books!

These are card stock weight featuring pink flower bouquet, potted flowers, pink and yellow rose, baby and little girl with fountain pen. Backs are pink with an area designed for the to and from inscriptions. Scored in the center so they can be folded.
Cards measure approximately 4 1/2 inches wide x 1 7/8 inches tall.
Condition is very good with brown discoloration to the rose card.

Vintage Penmanship School Paper 20 Lined Sheets Aged Scrapbook Paper

Vintage penmanship paper. Lined school aged writing paper. This was the paper used to teach children penmanship in the 1960s and 1970s and came out of an old school.
Each sheet measures 8.5 inches tall x 11 inches wide. Each line measures 3/4 of an inch tall and consists of alternating solid blue and dashed blue lines. Ten 3/4 inch lines on each side of sheet. Front and back are both lined.
Paper is nicely aged with darker age toning along edges. You will receive 20 sheets in this listing. If you would like more, just select a higher quantity from the drop down menu.
