Simplicity 6274 Womens Dress and Jacket Vintage 1983 Sewing Pattern

Vintage original 1980s Simplicity Fast & Fabulous Sewing pattern 6274.  Misses' Dress and unlined Jacket. 

Dress has slim fitting gathered skirt with back slit stitched to contrasting surplice bodice at elasticized waistline and side seam pockets.  Top stitched jacket has princess seaming and short set in sleeves with slits.
