Condition is good with edge wear, corner bumps, some soiling and cancellation bleed through upper left corner.
Card measures 5.5 x 3.5 inches tall.

Capper was governor of Kansas from 1915 to 1919.
Card is embossed with a picture of Capper surrounded by a U.S. flag, and pink roses.

38 pages of history and black and white photos, along with 10 postcards included in the back. Postcards are perforated so they can be removed from the book and mailed.
Book shows wear, soiling, and some creases to the upper corner, on the last couple pages and lower right corner of each lower postcard (2 postcards per page at the rear).
Overall fair to good used condition.
