Book measures about 6 5/8 inches wide x a little over 8 1/4 inches long with 20 pages. Condition is good with wear to cover corners and edges, and some scuffing. Also has the 23 stamped on the front cover and an ink scribble starting at the train's eyes down through the bottom of the book.
Interior pages are good with inscription written inside front cover in ink, name written on title page in black crayon, and a letter T written at the top of the third page in ink. Last page has a small vertical crease along the right edge, along with a tiny tear near the bottom of the crease.
Color illustrations throughout.
