Vintage original 1980s Butterick See & Sew Sewing Pattern 5063.  Misses' jacket and skirt. 

Semi fitted lined jacket has purchased shoulder pads front buttoned closing and full length two piece sleeve with button trim.  A-line skirt three inches below mid-knee, has waist gathers, straight waistband, side seam pockets and back zipper closingTopstitching.

Pattern is uncut with instructions. Envelope shows some wear and has some writing in spots.
