Vintage original 1980s Butterick See & Sew Sewing Pattern 6179.  Misses' Top and Shorts. 

Loose fitting pullover top has above elbow sleeves rolled up (wrong side shows) and narrow hem. Wide legged shorts, above mid knee, have elastic forming ruffle at waist and side pockets.
