Council Grove, Kansas pennant postcards. This listing is for both the cards pictured. One shows "A Quiet Nook near Council Grove", the other shows cattle grazing.
Both cards are postmarked 1920 Council Grove, KS.
Top card is addressed to: Miss Mildred Jorn at Peru, Nebraska. Bottom card is addressed to: Mr. C.A. Jorn at Verdon, Nebraska.
Condition for both is good. They do show edge and corner wear and bottom card has some bleed through to the front, from the cancellation mark. Cattle card also has a light crease to the lower right corner. Both measure 5 1/2 x 3 5/8 inches.

Wonderful vintage big letter postcard, "Greetings from Nebraska." Large Letter Linen which is unused. This 1940s travel souvenir postcard features the Goldenrod State Flower in the lower left corner, a view of the state capital building and Nebraska spelled out in large letters.
