Condition is fair to good with edge and corner wear, crease lower left corner, and tear near center left edge.

Capper was governor of Kansas from 1915 to 1919.
Card is embossed with a picture of Capper surrounded by a U.S. flag, and pink roses.
Card measures 5.5 x 3.5 inches and is unused.

Book shows wear, soiling, and some creases to the upper corner, on the last couple pages and lower right corner of each lower postcard (2 postcards per page at the rear).
Overall fair to good used condition.
