Softcover genealogy book measuring 6.75 inches wide x 10 inches tall, with 73 pages. Condition is good with brown square spot in upper right corner of front cover, browning along the spine, and a tiny tear at the upper edge of the front cover. No marks or tears on interior pages.

Book measures approximately 5 x 5 inches with 28 pages.
Cover shows wear at the corners and spine and some soiling. Interior pages are good with a few pages having some soiling and some chips along the edges. None of the pages have been colored. You can also see a round 1/2 inch long hole, and smaller 1/4 inch hole, running through the outer edge of the center pages.
