Plastic spine and all the pages are cardboard.

Condition is used with some wear to the cover, especially the lower left front cover. 

Former owners name written in ink on the title page.

Hardcover book measuring about 6 3/4” wide x 8” long.

Book is in used condition with cover wear and tear and scuffing. Pages are clean. Last page has a 1” tear at the center bottom. Last few pages have a light vertical crease (please see all photos).
