Condition is good with some wear around the edges, a couple of creases at the bottom left corner, and discoloration on the back.

This is the original page taken from the book titled, "Gems From Mother Goose". Illustrated by Sarah Noble Ives. Published circa 1900s by McLoughlin Bros. Inc. Page offered is double sided with color illustration on the front, "Tom He Was A Piper's Son". Back side has a black and white illustration. Heavy weight paper. Condition is good with a few small tears along the edges, small crease lower right corner and soiling.
Page size is 9.75" wide x 11.5" tall. Color illustration measures 7.5" wide x 9.5" tall. Would be super cute framed and hung in a child's bedroom. Small tears and crease would be hidden by matting or frame.

Booklet has two holes through the cover and all pages that at one time were bound with a string or ribbon. It is no longer bound. All interior pages are loose from the cover. Cover front and back is one single piece.
