Book measures about 6 5/8 inches wide x a little over 8 1/4 inches long with 20 pages.  Condition is good with wear to cover corners and edges, and some scuffing. Also has the 23 stamped on the front cover and an ink scribble starting at the train's eyes down through the bottom of the book. 

Interior pages are good with inscription written inside front cover in ink, name written on title page in black crayon, and a letter T written at the top of the third page in ink. Last page has a small vertical crease along the right edge, along with a tiny tear near the bottom of the crease.

Color illustrations throughout.

Antique original embossed paper postcard. Christmas Greetings from Bremen Kansas.

Card features a large green vase filled with purple violets. Greetings is written in silver glitter.

Divided back card dating to the 1910s.

Card has pencil writing on the back but was never addressed or mailed.

Card measures 5.5 x 3.5 inches.

Condition is good with edge and corner wear, vertical crease near the center top, creased lower left corner, and some soiling.

Chunky metal earrings with gold and pewter tone lock and key charms.  The pewter color does not show up well in my photos.

Date to circa 1960s or 70s.

Measure about 2 wide x 1 1/2 inches in length.

Vintage 1910s Cobb Shinn Fantasy Postcard featuring a woman in book. Pink hearts with arrows, and pink Roses at Corners.

Card is postally used with 1911 Salina & Oakley R.P.O. postmark. Mailed to Miss Cora Simmons at Alexandria, Nebraska. Condition is good with crease lower right corner, several other surface creases, and some edge and corner wear.

Condition is very good with some light wear to covers. Some age toning to pages. Nice tight binding.

Condition is fair.  It does have age toning on the front, and the back has scrapbook paper and glue residue. Used with ink signature on the inside.

Record is untested. Looks to be in good condition with a few very minor scratches.

Sleeve does show some wear.
