Page measures 6 7/8 inches wide x 9 inches tall.

Shows a giant, along with a small verse below.  Other story characters are depicted in the border along the bottom and sides.

Verse reads:

F is for Fee--Fee, Fi, Fo, Fum,
I smell the blood of an Englishmun!
I'll eat him alive, the giant said,
And grind up his bones to make my bread.

 

This is an original page from the book, not a reproduction.  Gleaned from a book that was beyond repair.

Good condition with some soiling along the edges, small crease upper left corner, age toning, and 1 1/2 inch tear along the edge near the lower left corner.  Also has the original holes along the left edge from the string binding.

Back is blank.

Fantastic colorful illustration that would look amazing framed, or could be used in an art project. 

Shipped flat with cardboard backing in clear protective sleeve.
