Condition is very good with some age toning around the edges of the cover, a small tear to the top of the fold out map, and a small edge tear to the page the map is attached to.

Remarkably wonderful condition for being 90 years old!

This wonderful vintage linen travel souvenir postcard dates to the 1940s and shows the Hotel Norfolk at Norfolk, Nebraska. Card number 7A347 N. Shows old cars parked along the curbs, old street lights and a couple other buildings.

Card is used with 1944 Madison, Nebraska cancellation along with an Industry Agriculture one cent stamp. Addressed to Mrs Clara Perry at East Wareham, Massachusetts.

Condition is very good with light edge and corner wear, some cancellation bleed through onto the front sky area, and small crease lower right corner.

This is one of several I have in my possession of this family. This one is not marked with their identities but I have another photo that is id'd. Pictured is John and Lou Woolsey, and daughter Lila.

Mr. Woolsey owned a Drug/Grocery store in Hubbell, Nebraska until 1902, when he sold it to T.C. Patterson of Hebron, Nebraska.

Condition: Fair condition with wear to covers, some soiling and some small tears to the edges.  Spine is also split 2/3 of the way up from the bottom.

Circa 1950s Tops for Tots 78 RPM Unbreakable KiddieRecord V-45.

Record measures a little over 6 3/4 inches in diameter.

Record is untested and has minor scratches.

Comes in the original paper sleeve. Sleeve does show some wear.

Lucinda the Little Donkey. A Rand McNally Tip-Top Elf Book number 8584. By Irma Wilde. Illustrated by George Wilde.

The story of a contrary and stubborn little donkey who saves a train from falling into the creek.

Hardcover children's book measuring 6 5/8 x 8 1/4 inches with approximately 20 pages. Color illustrations throughout.

Condition is very good with light wear and light soiling to covers. Interior is very good with no marks or tears to pages, and some age toning around the page edges.  There is also a small black ink spot inside the front cover.

Very cute story.

Vintage Original McCall's Girls' Dress Sewing pattern 2058. A-line dress with long set-in sleeves.

A Line dress with long set in sleeves and sleeveless jumper, each have center back zippers.  Jumper has faced neck, scooped in front, and faced armholes.  Dress has sleeves gathered into armholes and at wrists by elastic in casings and faced front and back jokes.  Dress, of one fabric, has button trimmed front joke and novelty trim sewn on joke seams and lower edge. Dress with contrast jokes and sleeves, has lace ruffling sewn to neck and sleeve edges.

Pattern has been counted for completeness. Eight pieces given.

Page measures 6 7/8 inches wide x 9 inches tall.

Shows Humpty Dumpty, along with a small verse below.  All the king's men are depicted in the border along the bottom and sides.

Good condition with some soiling along the edges, small crease upper left corner, age toning, and 1 1/2 inch tear along the edge near the lower left corner.  Also has the original holes along the left edge from the string binding.
