This wonderful vintage linen travel souvenir postcard dates to the 1940's and shows the Hotel Norfolk at Norfolk, Nebraska. Card number 7A347 N. Shows old cars parked along the curbs, old street lights and a couple other buildings.
Card is used with 1944 Madison, Nebraska cancellation along with an Industry Agriculture one cent stamp. Addressed to Mrs Clara Perry at East Wareham, Massachusetts.
Condition is very good with light edge and corner wear, some cancellation bleed through onto the front sky area, and small crease lower right corner.
Lot of 8 vintage original South Dakota postcards. Six of the eight are unused. Dates range from 1900s to the 1960s.
Cards each measure approximately 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches.
Condition is good with some signs of wear, which may include creased corners, edge wear, and or light soiling.
