Vintage Heymann New Year Postcard Poinsettia Clock Strikes Midnight

Original embossed antique New Year postcard. Card features a large red poinsettia at the top and a clock striking midnight, at the bottom.  Gold metallic accents on the card.

Design copyrighted only 1912 by Heymann.

Back is marked: Samson Brothers Series 7088. Printed in Germany.

Divided back card dating to circa 1910.

Measures 3 1/2 inches wide x 5 1/2 inches long.

Card is used with pencil writing on the back but was never mailed.  Addressed to Miss Sophie Bartels at Bremen, Kansas.

Card has a small tear at the center top, paper loss upper left corner, some edge and corner wear, and light impressions at the corners from being mounted in a postcard album.

Very pretty New Year post card!
