Vintage circa 1950s Riding Stick Horse. This horse has a hard plastic head measuring about 9 1/4 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. Horse head is attached to the original wooden stick which measures about 25 3/4 inches long.
Horse head is a caramel color with blue accents. Most of the eye color has faded. Horse mouth is jointed and closes when the strings are pulled.
Condition is very good with coloring on teeth and eyes faded. Original strings are not complete. These have broken off mostly over the years with only 6 or 7 inches of string remaining on each side of the mouth. There is also a 1/2 inch crack near where the teeth start on the right side of his mouth. This crack is visible in the first photo, about an inch in front of where the string is attached.
Over all a really nice vintage piece which includes the stick.
