Verse reads:

J's for Jack Spratt and for Mrs. Spratt, too;

Not a bit of fat meat, only lean, he would chew.

She ate up the fat-and the gist of the matter

Is that, 'twixt this couple, they cleaned Up the platter.

 This is an original page from the book, not a reproduction. Gleaned from a book that was beyond repair.

Good condition with some small soiled spots and edge and corner wear. Also has the original holes along the left edge from the string binding.

Back is blank.

Fantastic colorful illustration that would look amazing framed, or could be used in an art project.

Shipped flat with cardboard backing in clear protective sleeve.
