Condition is very good. Back cover has stuck on paper residue. Spine shows wear at the top and bottom. No writing in this book.

Catalog measures a little over 7 7/8 inches wide x 10 7/8 inches long with 96 pages. Front and back covers are in color. All interior pages are black and white. There is an index inside the back cover. Also includes the original order form and reply envelope.
Condition is good with some wear to the covers, including a small tear along the top and bottom of the spine.

Good condition with signs of handling and wear, including edge and corner wear, light creases on the back cover, price written on front cover in black marker, and impressions on the front from writing on another piece of paper that had been laid over the top.

Cute story about a little girl name Ann. On the way to school Ann had to walk past a house with a sign on the gate that read, "Beware of Dog". The dog inside the gated area had a very big bark, although she was unable to see the dog. All during the school year she drew pictures of what she thought was a very big dog. One day the gate is open on her way by and out comes a little dog. She pets it as it wags its tail. The dog's owner comes out and explains to Ann that the "Beware of Dog" sign was there when they moved in, not because of their dog named Wags. After drawing the pictures of the big dog all year, Ann then proceeds to draw a little dog.

Condition is very good with some light bumps to corners and some light scuffing to covers. Pages are very clean with no tears. There are a few pencil writings on the last page inside the back cover
