Vintage original 1960s School Years Scrapbook. Book has a double sided page for each grade, starting with Kindergarten up through grade 12. Each grade has a pocket to hold important papers, etc.
Front of each page has a spot to attach a student photo and a line for: School name, Teacher name, First Day of School, Age, Height, Weight. And enclosure examples of: Report Cards, Class Picture, Awards, Achievements, Mementos, Reading, Writing, Arithmetic Samples, and Other.
Back of each page has lines for: New Friends, Activities, Achievements, Awards, When I Grow Up I Want To Be, and student signature.
Inside back cover is a Health Record for Immunization Dates. And a chart for Childhood Illnesses and Accidents.

Offered is this tied bundle lot of 498 vintage handwritten pharmacy doctor prescriptions. Numbered 282502-283000 and dated from December 21, 1951 to January 8, 1952. From the office of Drs. Steenburg, and A.G. Zuspan, of Aurora, Nebraska and Dr. John H. Easley of Grand Island, Nebraska.
Each prescription measures about 4.25 inches x 5.5 inches. Bundled pad is 2.5 inches thick.
Condition is very good with some dog eared corners, some age toning and light soiling.
